工廠長 position: plant manager
1.0 summary (short description)
the pant manager is responsible to:
1. oversee and direct the global supply ch__n logistics network;
2. ensure the proper level of support, compliance and risk mitigation are in place for all quality related issues;
3. ensure effective processes are established, implemented and m__nt__ned based on customer and industry requirements at all litens’ global operations.
4. identifies and coordinates improvement and corrective actions in consultation with senior management and promotes awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
5. ensure safe plant operations while achieving targets for product quality, labour, work centre utilization and cost.
6. set the global strategy for the implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment for all litens manufacturing operations.
this includes:
1. ensuring best practices and all regulatory compliances are utilized within distribution, transportation, warehousing, ocean / __r freight and intermodal.
2. setting a consistent and proactive approach to quality allowing for the prediction, prevention and protection ag__nst quality concerns.
3. assessment and reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system registered to desired standards by accredited 3rd party registrar (s).
manages the transition from product launch to serial production within a value stream.
4. the ideation, design, fabrication and proof of performance for all lines and processes.
2.0 functional jd
1. set the global strategy for manufacturing processes and equipment for all litens manufacturing operations
2. ensure application of the design and engineering of processes as well as production, test equipment and tooling.
3. ensure successful tracking and completion of global project based initiatives
4. implement emerging technologies in all relevant manufacturing and assembly processes
5. authorize purchase of all materials in procurement of equipment to meet the project objectives within all capital budgets
6. ensure appropriate quality assurance resources and support structures are in place, at the appropriate level of competency, in all global operations
7. align global resources to support a proactive approach to predict, prevent and protect the company its customers from quality performance issues
8. ensure compliance to global industry standards including iso-ts 16949, vda and other customer specific requirements
9. ensure consistent application of quality methodologies, processes and procedures across global operations
10. provide objective and accurate data to drive business decisions
11. establish quality management system for all litens’ global sites in accordance with customer requirements and litens’ vision and mission statement.
12. lead third party registration of litens’ sites to desired industry standards (quality / environmental).
13. negotiate and correspond with e_ternal sources and third party certification bodies
14. ensure implemented systems meet customer, regulatory and industry requirements
15. analyse, prioritize and recommend a course of action to senior management based on the collective results of internal and e_ternal feedback / assessments
16. coordinate global process improvements based on senior management’s prioritized list

19. facilitate resolution for machine issues and rep__rs
