第1篇 區(qū)域技術(shù)經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)

1、 負(fù)責(zé)對區(qū)域醫(yī)院或其它大型公建節(jié)能改造、ibms系統(tǒng)或能源管理系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)支持工作;
2、 負(fù)責(zé)建筑節(jié)能、或ibms系統(tǒng)、能源管理系統(tǒng)相關(guān)技術(shù)前期調(diào)研、重大客戶及項目的業(yè)務(wù)咨詢及技術(shù)推廣工作。
3、 負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域項目投標(biāo)、述標(biāo)及技術(shù)交流談判工作;
任職要求:
1、 暖通、建環(huán)、熱能動力等專業(yè),要求具有大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,具有專業(yè)中高級職稱或碩士及以上學(xué)歷者優(yōu)先;
2、 3年以上暖通空調(diào)或機電設(shè)備技術(shù)支持、能源審計、節(jié)能方案制訂或能源管理系統(tǒng)、ibms等方面的工作經(jīng)驗,其中具有節(jié)能改造合同能源管理行業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
3、 技術(shù)方面的技能要求:
(1)熟悉暖通空調(diào)系統(tǒng)及其節(jié)能診斷相關(guān)技術(shù),熟悉能源管理或ibms系統(tǒng),具備綜合管理經(jīng)驗和高度責(zé)任心;
(2)能提供與用戶直接的技術(shù)交流和市場推廣,有良好的溝通和表達能力;
(3)熟悉節(jié)能改造項目實施流程;
(4)熟悉工程建設(shè)及招投標(biāo)流程,具有跨專業(yè)技術(shù)管理經(jīng)驗。
4、 熟練使用一種建筑能耗模擬分析工具、cad以及各種辦公軟件。

job description:
- provide highest level of customer support through close partnership with customer and account personnel
- drive all critical ramp and sust__ning projects with clear milestones， coordinating support staff， and meeting on-time deliverables
- overseeing any necessary diagnoses， troubleshooting， service， and rep__r of comple_ equipment
- follow and lead all safety protocols with the onsite support personnel – drive zero-f__lure mentality through the organization
- mentor， nurture， and grow the technical and management competence of onsite support organization.

- responsible for driving service revenue including customer negotiations
job requirements:
- bachelor or above degree in related engineering.
- typically requires a minimum of 8-10 years of related e_perience with leadership skills in semiconductor industry.
- can use skills as a seasoned， e_perienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures; ability to solve problems in imaginative as well as practical ways.
- can work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obt__ning solutions. interacts with senior internal and e_ternal personnel.

第3篇 區(qū)域技術(shù)經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)內(nèi)容
1.全面負(fù)責(zé)本區(qū)域內(nèi)品種高產(chǎn)栽培技術(shù)總結(jié)人指導(dǎo).
2.處理當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)民種植過程中出現(xiàn)的相關(guān)種植問題,協(xié)助品控部解決客戶投訴等。
3.全面負(fù)責(zé)新品種的示范安排、數(shù)據(jù)收集整理、編寫報告。
4.進行種植條件分析,幫助銷售部制訂品種推廣計劃。
5.對本區(qū)域的經(jīng)銷商和農(nóng)戶不定期進行技術(shù)培訓(xùn)。
6.負(fù)責(zé)業(yè)務(wù)員技術(shù)培訓(xùn)及服務(wù)技能的提高。
7.負(fù)責(zé)公司產(chǎn)品包裝、標(biāo)簽、說明書的制作和質(zhì)量跟蹤。
8.編寫技術(shù)服務(wù)資料。
