ret__l tr__ning assistant manager零售培訓助理經(jīng)理 維氏刀具 維氏刀具商業(yè)(上海)有限公司,維氏刀具 the purpose of this position is to support ret__l growth and increase profitability by designing a tr__ning strategy and implementing tr__ning programs for the ret__l organization for both field a home office. this position ensures success
- e_ecution of all tr__ning programs and is accountable for implementing tr__ning that supports the foundational and growth initiatives in ret__l for the market. the position supports all ret__l stores and channels including
-owned & operated and franchise stores in the region, including supporting ongoing new stores and ama and global product tr__ning projects.
- develop and e_ecute a learning and development strategy to drive results and knowledge locally
- use all tools created by the region to drive the business
- develop the ret__l tr__ning strategy and agenda for both home office and field ensuring a comprehensive program is established and m__nt__ned locally
- responsible for deploying tr__ning for new store openings, tr__ning the tr__ner and ensuring all new team members have a comprehensive understanding of our operations, policies, products, service models and sales generation in line with regional guidance
- collaborate with the regional ret__l team and as a member of the market team, determine the strategic direction and priorities to create learning solutions that positively impact business
- continuously evaluate tr__ning programs to recommend continued improvements to the regional team
- work with regional partners to ensure regional tr__ning needs are met and local t__loring is effective
- facilitate tr__ning to ensure high level of engagement and interaction providing tools reflective of the culture and business requirements.

職責描述:
1、主持人事部全面工作,熟練掌握業(yè)務(wù)技巧,擬定本部門工作計劃,定期召開部門例會,部署、督促并總結(jié)工作,重大事項及時向有關(guān)領(lǐng)導匯報并共同研究、討論決定。
2、負責制定公司各類培訓計劃,并定期組織實施。
3、定期組織本部門業(yè)務(wù)學習,提高人事管理能力和業(yè)務(wù)水平,加強員工對公司的歸屬感和凝聚力,調(diào)動員工工作積極性。
4、負責制定階段性的培訓計劃(年度、月度),對各部門的培訓工作進行具體指導、考核、掌握培訓進度和效果。
5、負責新員工入職培訓工作的實施。
6、負責對員工共項培訓工作的組織實施。
7、負責擬定匯編各類培訓教材,安排、落實培訓設(shè)備、場地等有關(guān)事宜。
8、組織公司培訓工作,及時制定完善培訓制度和規(guī)定,保證培訓體系的正常運作,不斷提高培訓效果。
9、監(jiān)督和檢查各部門內(nèi)部培訓執(zhí)行情況,適時組織指導各部門內(nèi)部培訓工作。
