電源產品工程師崗位職責

崗位職責:

1.負責新產品開發(fā)及項目進度的擬定、規(guī)劃;

2.負責新產品或改進產品試產上線首件的確認及進度追蹤;

3.產品研發(fā)或改進進度的跟催;產品故障分析及檢討;

4.負責樣品管理，包括樣品報告提交、樣品檢討、設計更改和零件的最終確認;

5.根據設計內容編寫bom清單、生產工藝文件及相關文件的編寫、發(fā)行;

6.公司安排的其他工作。

崗位要求:

1.電力電子、電氣、工業(yè)自動化等專業(yè)，本科及以上學歷;

2.從事電源產品3年以上工作經驗，熟悉常見dc-dc拓撲電路結構，有高頻變壓器設計能力，熟悉llc拓撲優(yōu)先;

3.有充電機、充電樁等研發(fā)工作經驗優(yōu)先考慮;

4.熟練使用辦公軟件，良好的英語讀寫能力;具有良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神;良好的文檔書寫和語言表達能力;崗位職責:

第2篇高級產品工程師崗位職責任職要求

高級產品工程師崗位職責

職責描述:

design & development

? lead and manage the customer negotiations regarding the specifications of the products to be designed and define the functional specifications based on the customer requirements， participate in the presentations for the developed products to the customer

? manage the development of the design concepts for the products (3d models， tolerance calculations， etc.)

? manage and perform the `functional reviews` at certain stages during the projects (fmea， design concept release， cad concept etc.) in cooperation with the manager r&d， manage the process of the functional product release of the products within the area of responsibility.

? support the product e_pert in obtaining patents， patent check before gate， ensure that the patent rights for new/e_isting products are protected in cooperation with the legal department

? prepare and maintain the technical documentation regarding the products within the relevant product group

? coordinate all engineering activities with the production department in order to ensure the productbility of the designed products

? manage the processes of product modification in regards to the technical specifications during the serial production

? manage technical communication with prototype suppliers， i.e. material， durability， process， etc.

? support the product e_pert in the preparation and the realization of the engineering handbook

? coach new product engineer in terms of m+h design rule， product function， r&d process， standard， etc.

? review and release 3d design， drawing and technical assessment report， etc.

? organize lessons learn， engineering handbook training， e_perience and best practice sharing forum， etc.

? work in conjunction with team to promote knowledge and competence enhancement.

project management

? participate in/support the development of new project management tools， functions and processes for local/global implementation

? manage one or more projects under the lead of project manager and the manager r&d

? coordinate all required engineering activities within a project (concept development， design， simulation， acoustics and validation)

? establish the project plan regarding all required engineering activities within a project

? coordinate and support all activities within the project team to ensure that all required tasks are performed and all deadlines/quality gates are met

? plan， manage and control the engineering budget in the project; initiate and steer corrective actions in case of deviations

? define and manage the necessary internal and e_ternal resources for the projects within the product group to ensure efficiency during all project stages

? ensure compliance with the technical standards， processes and norms of m+h group during the project in cooperation with the director/manager r&d

? play the role as lpe to manage domestic and global development projects. lead and coordinate r&d resource locally/globally.

? during critical period， i.e. customer complaint or delay of delivery， to handle the crisis and lead the team with effective and well-scheduled action plan to reduce company loss and increase customer satisfactory.

validation

? define dv/pv test plan acc. to customer sor/requirement. design of e_periment for trouble shooting and problem solving.

? define simulation & nvh plan acc. to customer sor/requirement. understand simulation & nvh report/results and accordingly guide designer for optimization.

? participate in the development and implementation of the testing equipment， tools and methods in accordance with the customer specifications

others

? coordinate the engineering activities in the business unit with the other m+h departments and other m+h locations local， regional and global

? participate in/support the development and implementation of the innovation projects within the business unit

? provide support for fairs， tech shows and e_hibitions to ensure that the m+h brand is promoted and new customers are attracted

? define， track and amend personal development of engineers together with team manager. define necessary promotions， training， personal support， etc.

? master environmental health and safety emergency knowledge， have the ability to identify risks， wear personal personal protective equipment correctly， use the site's safety facilities correctly， do a good job of garbage classification， save energy.
