4.participate in or lead early discovery to_ and pk studies for drug discovery, contribute to to_ and pk studies for programs moving into clinical stages when needed.

qualifications and skills:

1.e_pert in the field, bachelor or equivalence in biomedical/ pharmaceutical science with at least 10+ years e_perience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry in preclinical development with strong to_icology e_pertise.

2.familiar with relevant fda, ich, ema/oecd and cfda guidelines/regulation with hands-on e_perience on planning and e_ecution of ind/cta programs

3.demonstrated successful leadership, planning and organizational skills with strong knowledge in pharmaceutical r&d from discovery to clinical development and regulatory registration;

4.rich e_periences with regulatory authorities on various topics about to_, pk and ind enabling studies

5.regulatory writing e_perience and pmp certification will be a plus

6.team oriented work ethic and ability to work in cross-functional teams

7.e_cellent written and oral communication skills
